We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. The successful applicant will meet and greet customers, deal with telephone calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
Job Duties:
– Managing our busy office day-to-day
– General administration tasks
– VAT Returns, Monthly Reports, Banking, Credit Controls, PAYE, Multi-currency Transactions
– Secretarial duties
– Manage social media
– Interacting with customers and over counter sales in our shop
Qualifications/ Experience:
– Minimum 2 years administration experience
– 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths
– Fully proficient across the Microsoft Office suite
– Good communication and organisational skills
– Ability to use your own initiative and work effectively as part of a team
Other Requirements:
– Must have full clean driving licence
Other Information:
– On-site role
– Monday – Friday schedule
– Part-time, 24 hours per week
– Negotiable flexible working hours
